A Gift of Odyssey
Like sediment, I see you sleeping, beached:
My moly-coddled shipwrecked cabin boy.
These shores are Circe's! Wake now. Watch with care!
See Hermes bring him blackened root. He toys
With her, his sword restores his men's lost voice!
Here Homer hands us white white flowers of choice.
Eat stories, swallow magic, chew the truth
And swim now, swim!
Before you lose your youth.
